A Chorus Line

What's the deal?

A Chorus Line is the daddy of modern backstage musicals. This Olivier award winning feast of electrifying dance and poignant drama was the longest-running Broadway musical of the '80s. Now it's back, in a critically-acclaimed revival by its original creative team, featuring a world-class cast.

Top price tickets are face value £65. But if you book by Friday 7 June they’re just £35 – that’s over 45% off.†

What's the show about?

A group of young dancers are auditioning for a Broadway show, each one of them desperate for their moment in the spotlight. But Zach, the director, makes Simon Cowell look like a teddy bear.

The harder Zach drives the disparate hopefuls through ever tougher and more thrilling dance routines, the more the sometimes humourous, sometimes tragic truths of their lives are revealed.

Why should I see it?

A Chorus Line set the tone for Fame, The X-Factor and the Reality genre. But in drawing sympathetically on the lives of real people for its characters, it's got heaps more humanity and style.

Musical theatre champions John Partridge, Leigh Zimmerman and Scarlett Strallen are stunning in the headline roles, leading a passionate, athletic young cast through scenes of affecting drama and heart-stopping choreography.

Add Marvin Hamlisch’s masterful songs including One and I Hope I Get It, and A Chorus Line adds up to a glorious reminder of everything you loved about musicals in the first place.

What should I do now?

Join the chorus of critics and audience members who’ve fallen over themselves to praise this knockout show. Book by Friday 7 June and get top price tickets for just £35.
