On Your Bike Baffo! sets off on UK family theatre tour this autumn

Award-winning children's theatre company OH! Productions takes its brand-new family show On Your Bike Baffo! on a UK tour from September to November 2026 – a joyful blend of clowning, slapstick, live music and audience participation for ages 3–8.
On Your Bike Baffo!, the latest production from award-winning children's theatre company OH! Productions, sets off on the company's biggest UK tour to date this autumn, playing venues across the country from September to November 2026. Created for families with children aged 3–8, it blends clowning, slapstick comedy and audience participation, accompanied by a live music score.
The show follows one determined clown as he attempts to complete the world's silliest bike ride, only to be joyfully distracted by every curious discovery along the way. Dressed head-to-toe in cycling gear and full of boundless optimism, Baffo arrives ready for one very important challenge – the only problem is that he isn't entirely sure what he's doing, or where his bike is. As mysterious objects emerge from a box marked with a picture of a bicycle, every discovery leads to fresh comic chaos, until Baffo transforms the box and all its bits into a bicycle of his own invention.
The production was developed alongside the very audience it was created for. From the earliest stages, creator Oliver Harrison took the character of Baffo into primary schools, where children's ideas, reactions and instinctive sense of humour helped shape the comedy, storyline and playful spirit. The result is an interactive production where every performance continues to evolve with its audience.
"Laughter and joy is a currency that is incredibly valuable," says Harrison. "Every audience is different, and Baffo is always listening. The children aren't simply watching the show; they're helping to create it."
The live music, performed and composed by Tom Penn, effectively becomes another performer in the show, responding to Baffo's actions and driving the comedy. The show is performed by Dru Cripps, a two-time British Comedy Guide Award winner and Malcolm Hardee Award winner whose solo show Juicy Bits sold out at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2025.
On Your Bike Baffo! follows the success of OH! Productions' previous show Signor Baffo, which toured the UK and internationally, won the Best Kids and Family Award at Adelaide Fringe 2025 and was shortlisted for the Family Friendly Award at Brighton Fringe earlier this year.
The tour opens at the Lyric Hammersmith in London on 12 September 2026 and continues to venues including Nottingham Playhouse, Curve Leicester and the Queens Theatre Hornchurch, before concluding at The Old Market in Brighton on 15 November 2026.
