Myra DuBois will stay aboard Titanique at the Criterion Theatre for four more weeks, playing Ruth until Sunday 8 November 2026.
Myra DuBois has extended her run as Ruth in Titanique at the Criterion Theatre by four weeks. The self-declared South Yorkshire Siren joined the Olivier Award-winning comedy on 1 September and will now stay with it until Sunday 8 November 2026. She is not scheduled to perform on 14 or 15 October, and further casting for Ruth from 8 November will be announced later.
Producers Eva Price and Michael Harrison confirmed the extension this morning. The show itself is booking at the Criterion until 3 January 2027.
DuBois said: “What a thrill to be asked to extend my voyage onboard Titanique! This show and I seem to be a match made in heaven, and my fellow cast mates are a true dream team. I can think of nothing that would delight me more than spending an extra four weeks with these beautiful souls eliciting gales of laughter from audiences at the Criterion Theatre. Do join us, we’ll have the best time!”
A multi-award-winning comedian, singer and actress, DuBois reached the semi-finals of Britain’s Got Talent and was the winning mentor on ITV1’s Queens For The Night. Her stage work includes Death Drop at the Garrick Theatre, and her solo shows have played from the Edinburgh Fringe to the Sydney Opera House. On screen she appeared in the film Everybody’s Talking About Jamie.
She continues alongside Ailsa Davidson as Rose, Lewis Francis as The Iceberg, Astrid Harris as Céline Dion, Freddie King as Jack, Cameron Vear as Cal, Michael Vinsen as Victor Garber / Luigi and Nikki Wheeldon as Molly Brown, with AJ Lewis, Joi Lurrie and Sophie-Rose Middleton as on-stage background vocalists and Finton Flynn, Josh Lovell and Charlotte Soo as offstage understudies.
Written by Marla Mindelle, Constantine Rousouli and Tye Blue, the musical sends up the film through the Céline Dion songbook, My Heart Will Go On, All by Myself and To Love You More among them, played by a live band. Tye Blue directs, with choreography by Ellenore Scott, musical supervision, orchestrations and arrangements by Nicholas James Connell, musical direction by Adam Wachter, set design by Gabriel Hainer Evansohn and Grace Laubacher, costume design by Alejo Vietti, lighting by Paige Seber and sound by Lawrence Schober.
The show opened off-Broadway in 2022 and has since played Paris, Sydney, Montreal and Toronto. It won the 2025 Olivier Award for Best New Comedy, and its Broadway staging at the St. James Theatre earned four Tony nominations this year, Best Musical among them.
Titanique is booking at the Criterion Theatre until 3 January 2027.
