Diana Vickers will play Wendy Darling in Club NVRLND when the immersive nightclub musical opens at The Vaults in November, with Le Fil returning as Tiger Lily.
Diana Vickers, who made her West End debut in The Rise and Fall of Little Voice at the Vaudeville Theatre, has been cast as Wendy Darling in Club NVRLND. The production runs at The Vaults in Waterloo from Saturday 14 November 2026 to Saturday 31 January 2027, and in January Vickers will appear on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays only.
Her more recent stage work includes I Wish You Well at the Criterion Theatre and the UK tour of The Rocky Horror Show, alongside Dial M for Murder, Steel Magnolias and Deep Heat Rivalry. Her Little Voice performance won her the London Newcomer of the Year Award, and television audiences know her from X Factor on ITV and from comedies including Give Out Girls, Josh and Not Going Out.
Le Fil, a contestant on RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, comes back to Tiger Lily, the part Le Fil played when the show was at the Edinburgh Fringe. Other stage credits include the UK tours of Dragged to the Musicals and RuPaul’s Drag Race Live, and the Pride World Tour with Melanie C.
Matthew Gent is also back, as Hook, and Ian Oswald joins as The Crocodile. Gent has played in Les Misérables at the Queen’s Theatre and The Phantom of the Opera at His Majesty’s Theatre, while Oswald’s credits include Moulin Rouge! at the Piccadilly Theatre and the Wicked film.
Becky Bassett takes an ensemble track that includes Nana, and Damian Buhagiar, seen in Evita at the London Palladium, covers Smee within the ensemble. Completing the company so far are Max James Hodge, Joshua De La-Garde (MAMMA MIA!), Elinor Morris (Oscar at the Crown), Ashley-Jordon Packer (Swan Lake, The Bodyguard), Appolilly Szwarc (Dark of the Moon) and Natalie Yin (Heartstopper). More casting is still to be announced.
The show sold out every performance at the 2025 Edinburgh Fringe, and its London transfer was confirmed in August. Steven Kunis conceived and directs it, working from a book by the Olivier Award winner Jack Holden, whose plays include Cruise and KENREX. Its story finds Wendy Darling as a runaway bride who wanders back into Peter’s world and is handed the chance to write her life differently.
For the run, The Vaults is turned into Peter Pan’s underground club. The audience drinks and dances among the cast as the plot unfolds, to 2000s hits by artists such as Britney Spears, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Kylie Minogue, Outkast and Coldplay. The club opens an hour before each performance and keeps going after the curtain.
Ashley Nottingham is the choreographer. Set and costumes are by Suzu Sakai, lighting by Robbie Butler and sound by Sound Quiet Time. On the music side, Hugo Dunn-Vereker handles executive music production and arrangements, Liam James music production and arrangements, Simon Nathan vocal arrangements and Colm O’Regan music supervision. Casting is by Lucy Casson and Aida Rocci is creative producer. The producers are David Adkin, RJG Productions, Midnight Theatricals and Ley Line Entertainment, in association with NewYorkRep, People and Golden Wax Productions, by arrangement with Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity and Concord Theatricals Ltd.
Tickets start at £30. In November and December the show plays at 20:00 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, at 18:30 and 22:00 on Thursdays, at 16:30 and 20:00 on Saturdays and at 16:30 on Sundays. In January the Thursday and Friday patterns swap: 20:00 from Tuesday to Thursday, and 18:30 and 22:00 on Fridays. The performance lasts around 100 minutes, and the age guidance is 14+, with 16+ recommended for evening shows.
