Sinatra The Musical will give a gala performance at the Aldwych Theatre on 15 October in aid of Nordoff and Robbins, the UK’s largest music therapy charity.
Sinatra The Musical will play a gala performance in aid of Nordoff and Robbins at the Aldwych Theatre on 15 October at 7.30pm. The production is running at the Aldwych until Saturday 10 April 2027.
Nordoff and Robbins has been using music therapy for more than 60 years to reach people affected by illness, disability, trauma, isolation, social exclusion and mental health difficulties. Music therapy is a clinically recognised, HCPC-regulated allied health profession, and the charity works from its own centres and in partnership with schools, hospitals, care homes, hospices and community organisations across England, Scotland and Wales. It also trains therapists through accredited Master’s and PhD programmes.
Two members of the company, Jenna Russell and Helen Colby, will visit the charity’s centre in north London on 7 October to take part in an accessible music therapy session for adults with learning difficulties. Guests expected at the gala itself include Rod Stewart, Penny Lancaster, Alison Steadman and Lashana Lynch.

Joel Harper-Jackson plays Frank Sinatra, with Ana Villafañe as Ava Gardner, Phoebe Panaretos as Sinatra’s first wife Nancy, and the Olivier Award-winning Jenna Russell as his mother Dolly. Harper-Jackson also headlines A Sinatra Christmas By Candlelight at the same address. The book is by the two-time Tony Award winner Joe DiPietro, and the production is directed and choreographed by Kathleen Marshall, with sets by Peter McKintosh and a seventeen-piece orchestra supervised by Gareth Valentine. It is presented by Michele Anthony and Bruce Resnikoff for Universal Music Group Theatrical with Tina Sinatra and Charles Pignone for Frank Sinatra Enterprises.
The score runs to more than 20 songs, among them That’s Life, One For My Baby, The Best Is Yet To Come and Come Fly With Me. The gala performance is at 7.30pm on 15 October at the Aldwych Theatre, where Sinatra The Musical is booking until 10 April 2027.
