The tour has a new director in Hannah Chissick, who has assembled the anniversary company with casting director Denise Silvey.
Emily Laing, whose credits include the film One Life, plays Mollie Ralston, and Jack Hardwick, from the UK tour of The Bodyguard, plays Giles Ralston - the couple who have just opened Monkswell Manor to guests. Thomas Barrett (Summer Folk, National Theatre) is Christopher Wren, Clare Duffy (Pipe Dream, Union Theatre) is Miss Casewell, James Peake (The Invisible Man, Eastbourne Theatres) is Mr Paravicini and Alfie Richards (The Lion The Witch and The Wardrobe, UK tour) is Detective Sergeant Trotter.
They join two names announced earlier: Nicholas Bailey, known to EastEnders viewers, as Major Metcalf, and Susan Penhaligon, of A Fine Romance, as Mrs Boyle.
The set-up has not changed since 1952. A murder in London sends seven strangers to shelter at a remote guesthouse, snow closes the roads, and a police sergeant arrives with a warning that the danger has come inside with them. Everyone has a story, and not all of the stories hold.
Lighting is by Nic Farman, with Myles Brown as resident director. The tour is produced by Brian Fenty.
Earlier this year the play gave its 30,000th West End performance and was handed a Guinness World Records certificate for the longest theatrical run. The West End production at St Martin's Theatre is booking into its 75th year in 2027.
The New Brighton week was first trailed in the Floral Pavilion's autumn and winter season announcement, and the touring company was confirmed in August.
