The touring company of The Choir of Man is staying together for London, with all nine principals reprising their roles at The Arts at Marble Arch from 10 December.
Gustav Melbardis, Oluwalonimi (Nimi) Owoyemi and Levi Tyrell Johnson lead the company of The Choir of Man into its Christmas season in London, moving straight from the show's first UK and Ireland tour to The Arts at Marble Arch, where performances begin on Thursday 10 December 2026.
WhatsOnStage reports that the whole touring line-up is making the move. Melbardis plays Maestro, Owoyemi is Poet and Tyrell Johnson is Hard Man, alongside Ben Mabberley as Joker, Rob Godfrey as Beast, Adam Hilton as Handyman, Joshua Lloyd as Barman, Sam Walter as Romantic and Aaron Pottenger as Bore.
Hilton knows the show better than most. He first joined in 2021, has since played it in the West End, across the United States and at sea, and has doubled as its associate choreographer and movement director since 2022. Four swings complete the company: Sam Ebenezer, Jared Leathwood, Niall Woodson and Lewis Dragisic.
The tour opened at the New Wimbledon Theatre in March and has called at more than 30 towns and cities; it finishes in December, just before the London dates. The return itself was announced in August, giving The Jungle, the on-stage pub in which the show is set, a new home after its West End run at the Arts Theatre ended in January.
Nic Doodson, who created the show with Andrew Kay and directs it, said he was "absolutely delighted that this brilliant company is coming to London for Christmas". Jack Blume is in charge of musical supervision, vocal arrangements and orchestrations, with movement and choreography by Freddie Huddleston and monologues by Ben Norris. The season is produced by HH Productions, Nic Doodson, Andrew Kay, Global Creative and Kenny Wax.
The Choir of Man plays The Arts at Marble Arch from 10 December 2026 to 14 February 2027, with press night on Wednesday 16 December. Tickets are available on our The Choir of Man page.
