The Choir of Man is coming back to London for Christmas, opening at The Arts at Marble Arch on 10 December 2026 and booking to 14 February 2027. Tickets go on sale on Wednesday 2 September.

It is a return rather than a debut, and to a different building. The show's West End run began at the Arts Theatre in October 2021 and ended there in January 2026, taking in more than 1,000 performances, over 280,000 audience members and an Olivier Award nomination for Best Entertainment or Comedy Play. The Arts at Marble Arch gives it a new home after eleven months away.
In between came the road. The company's first UK and Ireland tour opened at the New Wimbledon Theatre in March 2026 and has since reached more than 30 towns and cities across England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. It runs through the autumn and finishes at the Edinburgh Festival Theatre in December, immediately before the London dates begin.
The set is an on-stage pub called The Jungle, and the show puts nine performers behind and around the bar for close harmony, singalongs, tap and spoken monologues. Audiences are given free beer.
The song list leans on stadium pop and rock rather than musical theatre, with numbers from Queen, Luther Vandross, Sia, Paul Simon, Adele, Guns N' Roses, Avicii and Katy Perry among others. Beyond the West End the show has played three sell-out seasons at the Sydney Opera House and toured the United States and Europe.
Nic Doodson, who created the show with Andrew Kay and directs it, said it feels 'incredibly special to be bringing The Choir of Man back to the West End, opening the doors to our brand-new pub at the Arts at Marble Arch'. He added: 'It may be a new pub and a new chapter, but the feeling at the heart of the show remains exactly the same.'
Casting for the London season will be announced separately. Jack Blume is music supervisor, vocal arranger and orchestrator, with movement direction and choreography by Freddie Huddleston, monologues written by Ben Norris, scenic design by Oli Townsend, lighting by Richard Dinnen, costume and co-scenic design by Verity Sadler, sound design by Sten Severson and casting by Debbie O'Brien. The London season is produced by HH Productions, Nic Doodson, Andrew Kay, Global Creative and Kenny Wax.
The Choir of Man runs at the Arts at Marble Arch from Thursday 10 December 2026 to Sunday 14 February 2027, with press night on Wednesday 16 December and tickets on sale from Wednesday 2 September.
