Bones takes the title role in Jack and the Beanstalk, the sixth all-drag pantomime from TuckShop, which runs at the Emerald Theatre from Wednesday 2 December 2026 to Sunday 10 January 2027.
TuckShop is back at the Emerald Theatre this Christmas with Jack and the Beanstalk, the sixth pantomime from the drag production company. It opens on Wednesday 2 December 2026 and plays to Sunday 10 January 2027, a strictly limited six-week season and the longest run TuckShop has given one of these shows.
Bones, who won the seventh series of Drag Race UK, takes the title role of Jack. The press performance is on Wednesday 9 December 2026, and the age guidance is 18+ — this is the adult panto, not the family one.
The company around Bones is drawn from the same world. Kitty Scott-Claus, runner-up on the third series of Drag Race UK and on Global All Stars, plays Princess Jill. Kate Butch, from the fifth series and a Celebrity Mastermind champion, is Jack’s Mother. Yshee Black plays Fairy Liquid, Cheryl Hole plays Cheryl The Cow, drag king Dairy King is The Milkman, and Ophelia Love completes the line-up as Villager no.4.
The villain is shared. Rosé, of the thirteenth series of Drag Race in the United States and of Titanique, plays Fleshcreep until Wednesday 23 December, and Kyran Thrax, who won the sixth series of Drag Race UK, takes the role from Sunday 27 December. The Giant will be played by a rotating line-up of guest performers across the run, with those names still to be announced.
“I’m so excited to be part of the panto this year! I’ve been a huge fan of the TuckShop productions, but I’m so glad they have finally realised how to make it even better by having me in it!” said Bones. “Jokes aside, it’s become tradition for the Drag Race UK winner to take the lead in the productions, and I’m ready to stretch my theatre legs and live up to my predecessors. Now more than ever, it’s important for producers like TuckShop to uplift queer talent and bring the community together, especially around Christmas time.”
The script is by Kate Butch, Crudi Dench and Eleanor Mason, and the production is created and directed by Christopher D. Clegg for TuckShop, the company behind Death Drop, Cool Rider, Gals Aloud and The Diana Mixtape. Its Snow White was at the same Victoria Embankment address last Christmas.
Performances run Wednesday to Friday at 7.30pm, Saturdays at 3pm and 7.30pm and Sundays at 2pm and 6pm, with altered matinee times on 5 December, 2 January and 9 January and a number of dark days across the festive period. The running time is two hours including an interval. Tickets are on sale through TuckShop’s own website.
