Antonia Kinlay, Mirain Haf Roberts, Llinos Daniel, Hedydd Dylan and Charlotte Gray make up the company of The Revlon Girl, which returns to Park Theatre from 26 October to 14 November 2026.
The Revlon Girl returns to Park Theatre from 26 October to 14 November 2026, and the Finsbury Park venue has now named its company of five. Press night is Wednesday 28 October 2026 at 7pm.
Antonia Kinlay plays Revlon. Mirain Haf Roberts plays Rona, Llinos Daniel plays Jean, Hedydd Dylan plays Maralyn and Charlotte Gray plays Sian.
Kinlay’s stage work includes Bad Jews at the Theatre Royal Haymarket and on tour, and The Suicide at the National Theatre. Roberts appeared in Truth or Dare at Theatr Clwyd and in Double Drop for Dirty Protest Theatre. Daniel’s credits include Hamlet for BKL Productions and the Hartswood Films series Wolf. Dylan has played in The Comedy of Errors for the Royal Shakespeare Company and in A Midsummer Night’s Dream for Headlong. Gray was in Sprinkles for Dirty Protest and Early Doors for Not Too Tame Theatre.
Neil Anthony Docking’s play is set in the months after the Aberfan disaster of 1966, when a colliery spoil tip slipped down the mountainside above the Welsh mining village. It follows a group of bereaved mothers who met above the Aberfan Hotel on Tuesday evenings to talk, and the night one of them invited a representative from Revlon to come and give them beauty tips.
The production was first seen in 2016, touring Wales in the fiftieth anniversary year of the disaster before a run at the Edinburgh Festival and a sold-out London season. It took five Off West End nominations, among them Best Production, and won the Offie for Best New Play. It was also nominated for an Olivier Award for Outstanding Achievement.
Maxine Evans, who directs, said: “Every single time we’ve performed this play, we’ve found something new. Just when you think you’ve found everything there is to find, you suddenly discover a new layer or an unexpected depth or a small, but profound detail. This time will be no different.”
The revival is produced by Nearside Productions Ltd in association with Park Theatre, where the casting was announced by Artistic Director Jez Bond and Executive Director Catherine McKinney.
Evening performances are at 7pm, with matinees at 3.15pm. The running time is 90 minutes and the age guidance is 16+. Tickets start at £20.
