The Comedy About Spies has played its last performance at the Adelphi Theatre, and Mischief has announced a UK tour for 2027.
The eight-week Adelphi Theatre run of The Comedy About Spies has finished, and Mischief used the same announcement to confirm that the show goes out on a UK tour in 2027.
That is as far as the announcement goes for now. No dates, no venues and no casting: the company says the tour details will follow, and that the cast remains, in its own phrase, classified. The Adelphi engagement was the show’s second West End run, and Mischief says the two runs together were seen by almost a quarter of a million people.
Mischief marked the last performance by sending its backstage crew on for the curtain call, and has posted the film under the title The mission is over... or is it?
We covered the run in August, when five-star notices brought an extra matinee. Tour dates, venues and casting are still to come.
