Boe and Lucas confirm run in LES MISERABLES

It has been confirmed that Alfie Boe and Matt Lucas will join the cast of Les Mis as Jean Valjean and Thénardier respectively from June, having both performed in the show’s 25th Anniversary concert at the O2 in 2010.

Matt Lucas Matt Lucas is best known with his comedy partner David Walliams in Tv's Little Britain and Come Fly With Me. His West End credits include "Taboo" at the Venue in 2002 and "Prick Up Your Ears" at the Comedy Theatre in 2009.

Lucas will appear from June 23rd until September 10th.

Alfie Boe Alfie Boe is a tenor and recording artist, who shot to fame while starring in Baz Luhrmann’s “La Boheme” on Broadway, winning a Tony Award for his performance. His recent opera engagements have included a return to the English National Opera to sing ‘Nadir’ in a new production of “The Pearl Fishers” and also his return to the Royal Opera House in Gounod's “Roméo et Juliette”.

Alfie Boe will perform from June 23rd until November 26th excluding the following: Mon Eves, Wed mats and 6th, 20th Aug, 10th Sep, w/c 19 sept, w/c 31 Oct, 12th Nov, 18th Nov.
