Silence of the Lambs

London Theatre to be announced

Silence of the Lambs description

Doctor Hannibal Lecter is here to horrify you – it's The Silence of the Lambs, the play.

This drama is not for the faint-hearted. Expect extreme tension, violence, murder, harassment, mutilation, sexual references, human remains and body horror, all wrapped up in a story that captivated the world in 1988 and has fascinated us ever since. Thomas Harris' iconic book, The Silence of the Lambs, has been adapted for the stage, and we predict it'll sell like wildfire.

Just in case you haven't seen the movie or read the book, it stars FBI agent Clarice Starling and Hannibal Lecter, prolific serial killer, skilled psychiatrist and high-functioning sociopath. A new serial killer, Buffalo Bill, is on the rampage, and Starling is tasked with persuading Lecter to help track the murderer down. Can she handle welcoming a monster back inside her head?

The electrifying novel has been adapted by Pulitzer Prize finalist Gina Gionfriddo, who gave us TV epics House of Cards and Law & Order as well as Rapture, Blister, and Burn. The show is directed by West End royalty Nikolai Foster of Kinky Boots, Wizard of Oz and Billy Elliot fame.

You'll be on the edge of your seat as this grisly FBI manhunt unfolds on stage. Buy The Silence of the Lambs tickets and prepare for a classic psychological thriller.
