Peppa Pig's Surprise description
Mummy Pig and Daddy Pig have planned something special. Peppa Pig can't possibly imagine what it might be. But she's really excited. Welcome back to Peppa Pig, George and their friends for a brand new live stage show. It's full to the brim with fun, sing-along songs and lovely surprises, and the overall effect is completely charming.
Peppa's colourful new show is the perfect theatre experience for pre-school little ones, and the Phoenix is letting 'babes in arms' under 18 months old in for free. All you have to do is let them know how many tots you're bringing along, you don't need a ticket.
What can you expect? A lively, noisy, vivid experience designed especially for small children, an interactive show full of singing, dancing and adventure. Peppa herself has graced our TV screens for a decade now and her popularity never seems to fade. She's one of the best-loved kids' characters from the past ten years, originally dreamed up by Astley Baker Davies and enduringly popular.
Peppa Pig’s Surprise plays at the Phoenix Theatre from Thursday 15th December 2016 and continues into New Year 2017. Join Peppa, Danny Dog, Suzy Sheep, Pedro Pony, Mr Potato, and of course George, for a very exciting adventure involving jumping in muddy puddles, meeting seahorses and losing hats, enjoying bubble baths and games of I spy, burying daddy pig in the sand and playing in rock pools full of starfish, angel fish, jellyfish, and Mr Crab.
By the way, if your children are too old for Peppa you might like to buy tickets for The Snowman or The Gruffalo instead.
