A brilliant must-see play but flawed by Jack
I loved the play but there was an awkward unease in the audience as, due to outlandish scenes with Harry juxtaposed with poise and elegance some didn't know whether it was a comedy or a tragedy. There were times jokes were missed by the audience and beautiful prose that were interpreted as jokes. That being said the play was brilliant. The script, acting, direction, lighting and music were marvelous. The only downside was that it didn't move gracefully between funny and serious.
Excellent Show by Neil
A modern day competitor for Shakespeare!
The future?? by Angela
This is brilliant play, combining current affairs with Shakespearean-type dialogue. Regrettably, it portrays a situation that could very well happen - you'll see. Brilliant acting, well worth seeing.
It's a play, not a show. by Ken
Why do you call it a show? It was a play.
Mean spirited little play. by Bruce
While there were a few laughs from the audience, there were so few that the result was a mean spirited play about Prince Charles and all of his family. I hoped for real comedy after the intermission but was subjected to Charles as a sneaky little rat at the feet of his family. Not funny, very thin and extremely offensive.
Must see play by Val
If there's one play to see this year make it King Charles 111
