Falsettos reunion adds a fourth London Palladium performance

An extra night has been added to the London leg of the Falsettos 10th anniversary reunion concert at the London Palladium. The added performance is on 25 February 2027 at 7.30pm, and general sale for all four London performances opens on Friday 16 October 2026 through LW Theatres.

The producers put the extra date down to demand. It follows the three Palladium concerts on 23 and 24 February that were announced earlier this month, and the company is unchanged: the principals of the 2016 Broadway revival, ten years on. That means Stephanie J. Block, Christian Borle, Andrew Rannells, Tracie Thoms, Brandon Uranowitz and Betsy Wolfe.

New York has followed the same pattern. The reunion was planned as one benefit performance at Carnegie Hall on 18 October 2026. Its tickets were gone inside two hours, and the 2 November 2026 date added after it sold out more quickly still. A third and final New York concert is set for Monday 8 February 2027 at 7pm in the Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage. Part of the proceeds from that evening goes to The TDF Wendy Wasserstein Project.

Ellenore Scott, a Tony nominee who was assistant choreographer on the 2016 production, stays on as director and choreographer for the added performances. Vadim Feichtner is music director and conductor, with most of the revival’s original musicians back in the band.

Wolfe, who is also one of the producers, said: “I always believed there was more life in this piece and hoped we might one day return to it together, but to see one night at Carnegie Hall so quickly grow into three performances and take us to the London Palladium has been extraordinary.”

The musical, by William Finn and James Lapine, began life as Falsettoland in 1990. Its characters are Marvin, his wife Trina, his lover Whizzer and their wider family, and the story runs from the early 1980s into the first years of the AIDS crisis. The revival these concerts celebrate opened at the Walter Kerr Theatre on 27 October 2016, picked up five Tony nominations including Best Revival, and was later filmed for PBS’s Live from Lincoln Center.

Wolfe presents the concerts with Colleen Cook and Cynthia Rose for Table for Three Productions. Darren Bell Productions and QUBE Theatricals are partners on the London dates.
