Sleeping Beauty description

This year's Palladium Panto is Sleeping Beauty, a hilarious festive treat for all the family.

2025's Christmas panto Sleeping Beauty makes family festive dreams come true at The London Palladium, celebrating a decade since panto returned to London's beloved home of Variety. Prepare to be bedazzled.

As the West End's biggest Christmas show, the venue's pantos have been seen by more than a million of us over the last ten years. As usual, there's magic for every age. While the kids love the colour, the sets, the story and the spectacle, grown-ups fall about laughing at the double entendres and marvel at the special effects.

Starring Catherine Tate as the baddie – boo hiss! - plus Palladium pantomime royalty Julian Clary as King Julian, there's a fairytale cast on the menu. Impressionist Jon Culshaw as King Julian's Private Detective joins Palladium panto favourites Paul Zerdin as The Great Zerdini, Nigel Havers as the Keeper of the Privy and Rob Madge as The Diva of Dreams. Add West End stars Emily Lane as Princess Aurora and Amonik Melaco as Prince Peter, along with Dave Knox as Master of the Royal Flame, and you can see why it's a recipe for success.

Producer Michael Harrison has thrown a bucket-load of tech magic, glitz, and glitter into this vibrant, over-the-top extravaganza. There's set design by Mark Walters, costume design by Hugh Durrant, Teresa Nalton, and Mike Coltman exclusively for The London Palladium, and choreography from Karen Bruce. The visual special effects are by The Twins FX, lighting design by Ben Cracknell, sound design by Matt Peploe, and composition and orchestrations from Gary Hind.

Sleeping Beauty tickets are going to be a hot property, playing 60 performances only and on stage for just a few weeks over Christmas and the New Year. Grab yours while you can.
