A dazzling new adaptation by the legendary Emma Rice, it's due to light up 'Ally Pally', London's beloved Alexandra Palace. The fun is inspired by the Turner Entertainment Co. Film of the same name, and the result is billed as a riotously funny reworking. Turning the original thriller on its head, the show stars six shape-shifting actors who take on every role. Add a brilliant 1950s soundtrack and join the crowds for an experience packed with romance, danger, and tender truths.

You might think, in a city of seven million people, cases of mistaken identity are not exactly unusual. Meet Roger Thornhill, our hero, whose badly-timed phone call to his mum sends him careening into a Cold War conspiracy that actually has nothing to do with him. On the run, dodging spies, avoiding aircraft, and hiding from a woman who might not be what she seems, you'll experience an evening of surprises that'll keep you guessing.

Emma Rice is famed for her visionary, imaginative storytelling. This is a fresh reimagining of one of Hitchcock’s best-loved movies. The costumes and costume changes will blow your mind. Add it all up, and this is the ideal show for those of you who adore classic thrillers with a twist.

Starring Mirabelle Gremaud as Anna, Patrycja Kujawska as Eva Kendall, Simon Oskarsson as Valerian, Katy Owen as The Professor, Karl Queensborough as Philip Vandamm, and Ewan Wardrop as Roger Thornhill, the show is adapted and directed by Emma Rice. The set and costume are by Rob Howell, Sound by Simon Baker, Lighting by Malcolm Rippeth, Movement and Choreography by Etta Murfitt, and the Creative Consultant is Mark Kaufman. The magic is produced by special arrangement with Warner Bros. Theatre Ventures and Kay & McLean Productions.
