Guess How Much I Love You? is a heartbreaking new play about hope and holding on. It comes from Luke Norris (Poldark), and it's the opening show in the Royal Court Theatre's 70th anniversary season. Expect a moving experience that'll haunt you for a long time afterwards.
The setting is a hospital room, where a couple waits for news. Will the future they always imagined slip away? This tender, amusing and touchingly human drama looks at the impossible choices so many of us face, the way love endures, the limits of love, the choices that define us, and the sheer courage it takes to believe “everything is going to be all right”. Expressed with bravery and humour, Luke Norris's plot beautifully captures the moments that test even the strongest relationships.
Starring Rosie Sheehy (Machinal), Robert Aramayo (I Swear), and Lena Kaur (Expendable), this deeply emotional drama is all set to be one of the West End's stars of 2026. Directed by Jeremy Herrin (People, Places and Things), the Design is by Grace Smart and the Lighting design by Jessica Hung Han Yun. Sound and composition comes from Nick Powell, with Dramaturgy by Gillian Greer, and the Casting is by Jessica Ronane CDG.
