Dracapella description

Bring horrific fun to your festive season with a strictly limited run of Dracapella.

The Park Theatre is your venue for the splendidly funny Dracapella, a quirky take on the legend of Count Dracula. A cast of eight brilliant singers brings the gothic classic back to life in a world premiere billed as 'hilarious'.

One London estate agent. One strange Transylvanian Count. Add chaos. Subtract all logic. Then bring in a wife, her best friend and a melodramatic love-starved vampire. All this plus fantastic chart hits performed inventively a capella, big fangs and madcap comedy blend into a Christmas treat you'll be laughing about for ages.

The fun is created by multi award-winning writer Dan Patterson, creator of Whose Line Is It Anyway on radio and TV, TV's Mock The Week. It's directed by award winner Jez Bond (Whodunnit [Unrehearsed]), one of GQ magazine's 100 Most Connected Men and the Evening Standard's 100 most influential Londoners. And this is a Park Theatre and Adam Blanshay Production.

Grab some Dracapella tickets and prepare for a nutty new take on a beloved horror story.
